1. Who these terms bind
These terms are an agreement between you and MONS Supplies LLC, a Florida limited liability company with offices in Doral, Florida, United States ("MONS Supplies", "we", "us"). They apply to mons-supplies.com, to the online stores we operate, and to the internal tools we provide to our team and partners. If you use these services on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
2. What we provide
We distribute beauty and personal-care brands in the United States, operate the online stores of the brands we represent, and run internal tools for correspondence, order handling and reporting. Access to an internal tool is granted to named people and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Accounts
Some areas require an account. Keep your credentials to yourself, use a password you do not reuse elsewhere, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms, to harm other users, or to breach the law.
4. Connecting a Google account
Our mail tool lets you connect a Google account through the Google Workspace APIs. You choose whether to connect it, you see the permissions requested before approving, and you may disconnect at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
What we do with that data, and the limits we accept, are set out in section 8 of our Privacy Policy. In short: we use it only to run the features you can see, we never sell it, we never use it for advertising, and we never use it to train generalised AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use our services to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to send unsolicited commercial messages, to probe or disrupt our infrastructure, to scrape at a scale that degrades service for others, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation. Do not attempt to reach data that is not yours.
6. Orders, prices and shipping
Where we sell products, the price, taxes and shipping shown at checkout apply to that order. We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order ships. Delivery estimates are estimates. Returns follow the policy shown at the point of sale or, where the sale happens on a marketplace, that marketplace's policy.
7. Brands and intellectual property
The brands we distribute, including Lubrigyn and Collagenil, belong to their respective owners and are used under authorisation. Our own site content, layout and code belong to MONS Supplies. Nothing here transfers any trademark or copyright to you.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the services running but we do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or retire any feature. Where a change materially affects a service you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.
9. Disclaimers
Except where the law does not allow it, the services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Product information on our sites is for general purposes; it is not medical advice and does not replace the guidance of a qualified professional. Always read the label and the instructions supplied with a product.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MONS Supplies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we must do so by law. On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — continue to apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to that venue.
13. Changes
We will post any update on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the revised terms.
